Room with only a Subfloor 15 lb felt paper is used to cover subfloor. This will act as a moisture bearer. Laying out our references lines. Note: Hardwood Floors are layed perpinduclar to floor joists. The location of the first board was carefully determined so it would be perfectly parallel to the reference line made earlier.
